About the Role
You will be required to perform a variety of office duties including sales and customer service support, general admin tasks and assistance with implementing marketing campaigns.

This role is also responsible for scheduling bookings and liaising with field staff, dealing with customer complaints and generally being the face/ voice of Sistability while communicating with clients and partners over the phone, via email and across social media.

We are currently looking for a part-time employee to work 15 - 25 hours per week. 

About You

  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • You are enthusiastic and have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • You enjoy dealing with customers, and you have great attention to detail.
  • Being customer-service focused, you are energetic, reliable, organised and accurate.
  • Computer literacy is a must!
  • Understanding of the NDIS is desirable but not required
