An exciting opportunity exists in this growing company for an enthusiastic individual to join our National Data Central Team within the wider National Supply Chain, based in Adelaide. We are seeking someone with a focus on data integrity, deadlines and with a liking for problem solving. As a member of this dynamic, business-critical team your tasks will include Key Responsibilities include Completion of data entry within published Lead Times (deadlines) Reviewing data for accuracy before it is entered in to the Orion System Maintaining accurate data Completing quality assurance checks Regular Reporting utilising MS Excel Adhering to SOPs Filing Projects Skills and experience Proficient standard of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Good communication skills Advanced Computer Data Entry Skills Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Leadership Skills - Ability to step in and back up your Team Leader when required Reporting to the National Data Central Manager, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident and dynamic leader. They will be process driven, have an analytical focus, possess well-developed problem solving skills and high attention to detail. MS Excel and Access skills are important for this role, as is the ability to understand complex and sophisticated business systems and processes. Formal qualifications in MS Office and previous experience in Data Entry would be desirable. Background in the pharmaceutical industry or retailhospital pharmacy would be highly advantageous.
