The position of Resolutions Officer, Publisher Relations Repertoire is available within the Sydney Office 12 month fixed term full time position commencing ASAP and reporting to the Team Leader “ Resolutions The primary functions of the role is to provide a high level of customer service to publisher members and assist them with APRA AMCOS business queries relating to multiple claims within their catalogues, resolve longstanding publisher counterclaims of high earning works in dispute or suspense, enabling correct distribution payments to writer and publisher members and societies. This is a fast paced role that requires someone who can multitask and work with minimal supervision Key duties and responsibilities include Process members™ registrations in a timely manner whose ownership is subject to multiple claims Correspond with publisher members regarding disputed works and catalogues Reduce the amount of works which are put into dispute due to conflicting publisher claims Resolving longstanding publisher disputes of high earning works in dispute or suspense Manage the resolutions email account which is the first point of contact for publisher member dispute queries Process files in a timely manner Skills and Experience Experience with Right Holders, Agreements and Registrations Experience in processing with a high level of accuracy Adjustment experience highly regarded but not necessary Attention to detail and careful, methodical approach to work Strong research skills and inquisitive mind Excellent written and verbal communication skills professional customer service ethic General knowledge of popular music Sound mathematical ability Please refer to our website httpapraamcos.com.auabout-usworking-with-us to view the complete Job Description.
